Homecoming Information

 Families,

Please carefully review the list of information and announcements relating to Homecoming at Century! This is your Passport to Homecoming! We are looking forward to a safe and positive experience for all!

  •  Homecoming Week is Monday October 4th – Saturday, October 9th
    • Voting for Top 20 (only Seniors vote) begins September 20th. Top 10 voting (Juniors and Seniors) is on September 24th. Final voting (all grades) is on October 4th and 5th. Voting is done through Google Classroom
  • Homecoming Pepfest will be on Friday, October 8th at Panther Stadium (rain date on either the 6th or 7th)
  • Homecoming Parade will be on Friday, October 8th starting at 4:15pm. All Century students will be released early to attend the parade! Specific release times to be announced during Homecoming Week
  • Homecoming Dance will be on Saturday, October 9th, from 6pm to 9pm at the Century Plaza (in front of the Volleyball Center)
    • Registration and ticket purchase for the dance begin on Monday, October 4th at Century and end on Friday, October 8th
    • All students need to pre-register and pre-pay for tickets to be allowed into the dance
    • Each Century student is allowed to bring one guest from another school (they also need to pre-register)
    • Students are required to complete the District’s at home Health Screener before coming to the dance
    • Students need to bring ID to the dance
    • Students must be in 9th grade and cannot be older the 20yrs old to enter the dance
    • Students going inside to use the restroom or photo booth are expected to wear their masks while indoors
      Because of the crowd size, the City of Rochester is highly recommended masks at all times            
    • Students determined by staff to be dancing inappropriately may be removed from the event
    • Students need to leave the dance promptly
    • Students are welcome to dress informally, but can come formally dressed as well
    • Students are expected to have fun!
