Century PTSA - 2022-23 Membership

Join the Century PTSA!! 

Membership dues are still a low price of

$10 per individual member

(Checks are to be made out to Century PTSA).  

This membership will cover the $6.65 fees to State & National PTA, the remainder will be used toward funding student enrichments & staff appreciation.

The Century PTSA is dedicated to supporting Century’s parents, teachers and students. Membership fees are our sole means of generating revenue – which we use to provide services to our school community.

To Join the PTSA for the 2022-23 school year. Please pick one of the 2 methods to register as a paid member of the PTSA.

1) Stop by the School Office during office hours to pick up a  membership form & drop off a payment. Forms are also available online here:

2. Sign Up & Pay online. Click the link to be taken to our PTSA Memberhub Store:

• This is where you will fill out your information and submit payment for each member signing up.
• If you’re registering more than 1 member, please fill out information & add to the cart separately for each member.
• If you’re interested in an optional donation to the PTSA, please choose the donation spot in the online store to fill out information, amount etc & add to cart with memberships.
• Process & submit the payment once your cart is complete.
• There is a small convenience fee for processing payments online.

 

Please fill out the CHS PTSA Application form & submit membership dues by October 31, 2022.
