RCTC Information
ATTENTION SENIORS!! Are you considering attending Rochester Community and Technical College this fall, 2023?
If so it is time to work on your next steps!!
Placement testing is being offered to seniors on Tuesday, March 7th at 8:20am your high school. Seniors do not have class that day due to the ACT being offered. Seniors can come to school and complete testing requirements for RCTC which is the important next step towards enrollment. In order to test, you will need to connect with Jamie Johnson, College Transitions Advisor at your high school or via email to go over MCA and ACT scores to ensure your testing requirements are correct. If you do not attend the testing session at your high school, you will need to schedule time to go to RCTC to complete your testing requirements. Registration begins in April for new incoming students.
Please see Jamie Johnson, College Transitions Advisor or email her jamie.johnson@rctc.edu for more information:

Presentation Date/Time: Wednesday, March 9 at 6:30 pm
Century High school is excited to be partnering again with national college search expert, to share important information to assure your family stays on track in the college planning process. If you have a 9th -11th grader, you will want to be on this webinar!
This past year has resulted in some of the most significant changes to the college planning process in decades.
*Schools have gone ACT/SAT optional, but not necessarily when they award
scholarships.
*Recent legislation included substantial changes to the FAFSA and college
financial aid
*Behind-the-scenes rules have changed on how colleges can recruit students and
award scholarships.
Join us to learn how these changes may impact your family, and new strategies
to consider to give your student the best opportunity to be admitted and
maximize scholarships and financial aid.
