No ID or insurance is needed to sign up or to get vaccinated. Immigration status will not be checked.

in the requested information and answer the consent questions.

Make
appointments for both of the two vaccine doses.
o For youth between 16 and 18: a parent or guardian will need to come to the appointment with them to give permission.
Helpful hints for registering
- It’s best
if each person registers on their own separate device (computer, tablet,
cell phone etc.).
- If this
isn’t possible, each person should close the browser when they're done
and have the next person click on the registration link.
- Chrome
and Microsoft Edge are the recommended browsers.
Please ask people to do their best to keep their appointments. Appointments are limited and they might not be able to reschedule.
