Rochester Public Schools provides opportunities for students to
show their ability to understand, read, speak, and write in world languages so
they can obtain a Minnesota Bilingual Seal on their transcript. For more
information, please visit https://education.mn.gov/MDE/dse/stds/world/seals/ This
program is designed for heritage speakers whose languages are often not offered
in school to show their language proficiencies. If you are a senior, the last
opportunity to take this assessment will be on March 26th, 2021. Contact your
