Following the Winter Break, beginning January 4, we will be open, Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm for technology pick up and drop off:
We need the school iPads returned ASAP and we will give you
a Chromebook for your school work.
We now have enough Chromebooks for EVERY Century student to
have one. We encourage all students to come to school and check out a
Chromebook to use for their distance learning and for the future when we
continue face to face learning.
Some students have successfully been using their own
personal devices and want to continue doing so. We still encourage ALL students
to come and get a school issued Chromebook, but the decision is up to you. The
reasons we still encourage you to pick up a school Chromebook are:
- We
want every student to have a Chromebook so that we may meet the goal of
being 1:1 for technology.
- Every
student needs a device as we discontinue “snow days” and will continue
instruction even if the weather is prohibitive for travel.
- When
we return to face to face instruction, students may need to transport a
device back and forth to school.
- School
devices are repaired/replaced by the school and we offer technology
support for our school devices. Technology support and repair is not available
for personal devices.
- School
issued Chromebooks are already set up for all of our curriculum needs.
