Join the PTSA via our online membership form & payment option.
Membership dues are still a low price of $10 per individual member.
This membership will cover the $6.65 fees to State & National PTA, the remainder will be used toward funding student enrichments & staff appreciation.
The Century PTSA is dedicated to supporting Century’s parents, teachers and students. Membership fees are our sole means of generating revenue – which we use to provide services to our school community.
To Join the PTSA for the 2021-22 school year, please complete this 2-step process.

- There is room for multiple members & students to be entered on the one form.
2. Click the link to be taken to our PTSA Memberhub Store on the confirmation page:https://centuryhighschoolptsa.new.memberhub.store/store
- This is where you will fill out information and submit payment for each member signing up
- If you’re registering more than 1 member, please fill out information & add to the cart separately for each member.
- If you’re interested in an optional donation to the PTSA, please choose the donation spot in the online store to fill out information, amount etc & add to cart.
- Process & submit the payment once your cart is complete.
Please fill out the CHS PTSA Application form & submit membership dues by October 31, 2021.
