For the first time, we’re offering an online sign up & payment option for our members to join the PTSA.
Membership dues are still at the low price of $10 per individual member.
Your membership dues will cover unit fees paid to State & National PTA and the remainder will be used toward funding student enrichments & staff appreciation.
To Join the PTSA for the 20-21 school year, please complete this 2-step process:
1. Click here to fill out the Google Form & Click Submit:- There is room for multiple members & students to be entered on the one form.
PTSA Memberhub Store on the confirmation page:
- This is where you will fill out information and submit payment for each member registration.
- If you’re registering more than 1 member, please fill out information & add to the cart separately for each member.
- If you’re interested in an optional donation to the PTSA, please choose the donation spot in the online store to fill out information, amount etc & add to cart.
- Process & submit the payment once your cart is complete.
Please fill out the CHS PTSA Application & submit membership dues by:
December 10th, 2020
